The Motorcity ceiling is the literal roof above Motorcity that Detroit Deluxe is built on.
History[]
It was presumably built with the keystone by Abraham Kane as part of the Detroit Deluxe project. More recently, the Terra planned to bring the roof down to destroy Detroit Deluxe, heedless of the damage to Motorcity, but the Burners stopped them.
