Aimee Garcia (born November 28, 1978) is an American actress, known for her roles as Veronica Palmero on the sitcom George Lopez and Jamie Batista on the Showtime drama Dexter. She provides the voice for Tennie in Motorcity .
Career[]
Garcia was cast as Maria on The WB's Greetings from Tucson and appeared at the Global Frequency television pilot as Aleph. She had a role on Cadet Kelly, and also co-starred alongsideAnthony Anderson in the TV series All About the Andersons, where she played Lydia. In 2006, she appeared on George Lopez as George Lopez' wife's niece.
Garcia starred alongside actress/singer Jessica Simpson in the 2008 comedy/drama Major Movie Star. She also played a brief part in the movie D-War and narrated the Adam Sandler filmSpanglish.
As of 2009, she was on the Peter Berg NBC medical drama Trauma as the EMT Helicopter Pilot Marisa Benez.
In 2011, it was announced she would play Jamie Batista on Showtime's Dexter, as well as a criminal on CBS's Hawaii Five-0.
